Cruise Terminal 3: Piers 10 & 12 Dock Repairs

Project consisted of demolition/ removal of existing deck sections, removal and replacement of existing concrete piling, concrete spall repair, stem wall/ bent cap repair, forming and pouring back new deck sections, bollard bolt removal/ replacement and concrete pile repair (pile jackets). Work was completed between multiple other projects occurring simultaneously on both sides of the pier. In addition to the adjacent projects, the dock had to remain operational throughout construction.
